Many of the Trust`s programmes include female scientists such as in the `Next Big Thing` series of Discussions, the `Snapshot careers programmes and the Nanotechnology research projects but as the number of women working in science in both senior and in decision making positions is still a minority some of the Vega themes such as the interviews with Nobel Laureates unfortunately reflects this.  We look forward to producing more programmes that feature women working in science in the future.
